Job Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct
thorough market research and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Non
Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both market
research and digital marketing, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
• Conduct in-depth market research focused on the NBFC sector, analyzing trends, customer behavior,
and competitive landscapes.
• Evaluate industry data to uncover growth opportunities, assess market demands, and identify
potential risks.
• Prepare detailed reports that guide strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.
2. Digital Marketing:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the company.
• Manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media,
email marketing, SEO, and PPC, with an emphasis on promoting financial products.
• Enhance online visibility through effective content creation, social media engagement, and targeted
digital advertising.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling customer centric marketing
materials.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in market research and digital marketing, preferably within NBFC sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret industry data and trends.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
• Managing social media platforms effectively.
