Digital Marketing Lead
About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital growth, optimize marketing performance, and strengthen our online presence. You'll own content strategy and execution end-to-end — website, blog, social, and sales enablement — while partnering closely on SEO to support a business-critical website revamp currently underway.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and online reputation management.
● Own website content strategy and delivery — structure, write, and maintain content for priority pages, working closely with the design/development team through the ongoing website revamp.
● Own the LinkedIn content calendar end-to-end: plan, write, and publish posts on schedule using brand-approved templates.
● Develop case studies, sales enablement material, and thought-leadership content in partnership with sales and delivery teams.
● Co-own SEO strategy and execution with the SEO specialist, ensuring content, keywords, and on-page elements are aligned.
● Identify opportunities to make the website more engaging, intuitive, and conversion focused.
● Write scripts and turn ideas into compelling short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
● Coordinate with external creative/marketing agencies where required, ensuring output aligns with brand and business goals.
● Understand the reports on Google Analytics and other tools and continuously refine strategy.
● Increase brand visibility and online presence across multiple digital platforms.
What We're Looking For
● 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to B2B technology marketing.
● Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, content ideation/scripting, and social media management.
● A strong eye for content, storytelling, and branding, with excellent writing skills.
● Working understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing/analytics tools.
● Experience confidently coordinating with creative or marketing agencies.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Proactive and trend-aware, comfortable taking ownership with minimal oversight.
Good to Have
● Experience working directly with SEO specialists or developers through a website revamp/migration.
● Familiarity with design/collaboration tools (e.g., Figma) and CRM or marketing automation platforms.
