Why this role matters
We've just raised our Series A specifically to grow faster — which means real budget, real pressure, and
real accountability for turning that spend into customers who trust us with their family's health. This
role sits right at the centre of that growth bet.
What you'll do
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance
channels
• Own a monthly media budget of ₹2-5 crore and be directly accountable for CAC and ROAS
• Partner with content, design and analytics to keep improving campaign performance
• Turn performance data into a clear point of view — what's working, what to cut, what to scale
• Manage relationships with media and creative agencies and platform partners as needed
What we're looking for
• Minimum 3 years in digital/performance marketing
• Has personally owned and managed ₹2-5 crore/month in ad spend
• Experience at a D2C brand or e-commerce platform, ideally in category-specific growth
marketing
• Strong grip on performance fundamentals — CAC, ROAS, funnel and retention metrics
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, pharmacy or wellness e-commerce, or familiarity with quick-
commerce/on-demand delivery models
