Digital Marketing Officer
Overview of the Role
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimise the performance of our digital strategies. This role should have a background in the different paid ad platforms as well as the set-up, launch and reporting processes of each.
This role develops various online promotions and email campaigns for both talent and client acquisition, as well as content marketing and copywriting to support sales efforts. This role also takes the lead on execution of communications across the business; both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels as directed.
- Implement campaign builds, updates and optimisations in line with agreed briefs and timelines.
- Own the delivery and maintenance of the approved content pillars and content calendar, ensuring planned content is published accurately and on schedule.
- Flag risks to volume, quality or timelines early and work with the Growth Lead and Brand teams to resolve gaps.
- Internal and External Company Communications: Proofread and release internal and external communications such as company announcements and updates to ensure consistency, accuracy and brand alignment.
- Execute MS forms, emails and workflows in HubSpot and SharePoint in close collaboration with the Talent Marketing & Events Lead for required updates
- Ensure all campaign landing page content is aligned and configured for tracking, attribution and lead capture.
- Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for external SEO and SEM partners.
- Support reporting and dashboards used by the Digital Marketing & Growth Lead and leadership.
- Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure assets are correctly implemented across digital platforms.
- Support Events & Recruitment Marketing campaigns with digital execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/college degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or marketing operations role, with hands-on execution responsibility.
- Strong experience executing campaigns, workflows and automation in HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to implement campaigns accurately, manage QA processes and maintain data integrity
- Comfortable working with performance data, reports and optimization insights
- Experience working within structured workflows using tools such as Asana.
- Clear communicator, able to work closely with growth, brand and creative teams.
- Detail-oriented, accountable and execution-focused. Take pride in getting things right. Can handle high volume of tasks and capably organize priorities to ensure success.
