About the Role: An international school group in the Zurich area is seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Manager to support student recruitment across its schools in Switzerland. Working as part of a central marketing team, you will be responsible for the performance of digital marketing channels, websites and campaign landing pages, with the goal of generating qualified admissions enquiries and strengthening the visibility of each school. The group currently includes three distinct school brands with different curricula, age ranges and target audiences. The role therefore requires the ability to combine a portfolio-level view of digital marketing performance with a clear understanding of each school’s positioning, audience and recruitment priorities. We are seeking a candidate based in the Zurich area to join us in a full-time, permanent position. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns across the school portfolio • Develop tailored campaign structures aligned with each school’s positioning and recruitment goals • Define targeting strategies, audiences, and campaign setups • Write and test ad copy in English and German • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, and continuously optimise cost per enquiry lead quality – the focus can be broader • Manage budgets and recommend adjustments based on performance insights • Use AI tools to support campaign planning, optimisation, and audience development • Oversee website marketing performance and optimise landing pages and enquiry journeys • Analyse user behaviour to improve conversion rates and enquiry generation • Ensure websites support visibility across traditional and AI-driven search environments • Identify and implement SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) opportunities • Improve organic visibility for key admissions-related topics • Track campaign performance, maintain dashboards, and generate actionable insights • Monitor media spend, support forecasting, and contribute to budget planning • Coordinate campaign execution across teams and support key marketing initiatives (e.g. open days, enrolment campaigns) Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who already uses AI tools in a practical and thoughtful way to improve workflow efficiency, support analysis and strengthen marketing performance, and who understands how content visibility is evolving across both traditional search and AI-generated discovery environments. You will report to the Head of Admissions Marketing and work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, admissions colleagues, school leadership teams and external partners. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for both strategic planning and operational implementation. You are an experienced digital marketer who combines analytical thinking with practical execution and enjoys improving marketing performance through structured analysis, testing and optimisation.
