Digital Marketing Senior Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement Google tools (e.g., Google Business Profile/Maps listings, tag and tracking implementation) in response to business requests such as verifying new company locations or setting up new tracking tags.
- Own website SEO performance: monitor keyword position tracking, identify and fix broken links, and monitor site speed.
- Manage on-page SEO for new content: coordinate with the content creator and developer on monthly blog uploads and design, then optimize pages by writing SEO titles, meta descriptions, and internal/outbound linking.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social media and Google Ads campaigns based on lead-volume thresholds from the lead dashboard or direct requests from business unit managers.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop campaign creative aligned to objectives, and route it through the Marketing Manager for approval before launch.
- Launch, monitor, and report on campaign performance, adjusting for results.
- Manage organic social media accounts: publish approved content and copy to scheduled channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and maintain/use a social media response guide to ensure timely, consistent replies.
- Monitor and update online directory/business listing profiles on a quarterly basis in coordination with the Senior Manager or Marketing Manager.
- Manage the company's annual IAOP Global 100 Outsourcing Company application: handle membership payment, liaise with the IAOP team for access, complete the application, and route it for review and approval before submission (annual deadline: end of November).
- Own end-to-end lead generation management: receive leads from multiple channels (chatbot, website, social media, inbound inboxes, IVR), verify and enrich each lead with industry, region, and the contact's LinkedIn profile.
- Distribute verified leads daily to the appropriate regional sales teams and stakeholders according to defined routing rules (onshore, offshore, Gulf, Poland, HRO, and hosting business lines).
- Maintain and upload lead data to the reporting/analytics dashboard for visibility and tracking.
- Follow up with sales teams to ensure lead status and qualification feedback is captured and reflected.
- Create and manage monthly purchase requests for digital marketing tools/subscriptions, tracking renewals via an internal billing checklist at the start of each month.
- Coordinate with the procurement team on Purchase Orders and manage recurring monthly invoicing with the finance team within a defined monthly billing window.
- Manage procurement for branding and marketing materials: request quotations, obtain manager approval, raise Purchase Requisitions, and follow through to invoice receipt and payment request submission once implementation is confirmed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a digital/performance marketing role, ideally including a senior or lead-level scope of ownership.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta/Facebook and Google Ads.
- Solid working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization, technical/position tracking tools, and content optimization workflows.
- Experience managing organic social media presence and community engagement (comments/DMs) for a brand.
- Experience with lead management processes and CRM/dashboard tools (e.g., Google Data Studio or similar BI/reporting tools).
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders: designers, developers, content creators, sales, finance, and procurement.
- Familiarity with purchase request/procurement workflows and invoice coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recurring and ad hoc workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in a B2B, outsourcing, or CX/BPO industry context is a plus.
