The Senior Role - Senior AI Digital Marketing & Front-End Growth Lead

We are seeking one outstanding senior professional to lead the team.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and mentor a team of three Digital Marketing Executives.
• Develop and own the digital marketing strategy.
• Oversee SEO, website performance and lead generation initiatives.
• Introduce AI-driven efficiencies and automation.
• Manage campaign planning and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with UK stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across all marketing activities.
• Support recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Take ownership of digital growth objectives and KPIs.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who combines leadership skills with hands-on technical capability.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Marketing

Leveraging tools such as:

• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Gemini
• Perplexity
• Microsoft Copilot
• AI image generation platforms
• AI automation tools

You will:

• Produce blogs, articles and website content.
• Create LinkedIn thought leadership campaigns.
• Generate marketing collateral and brochures.
• Conduct market and competitor research.

SEO & Search Engine Optimisation

Responsibilities include:

• Keyword research
• Technical SEO
• On-page optimisation

The objective is to improve rankings and increase visibility when potential customers search for foreign exchange and international payment providers.

Front-End Development & Website Management
