We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (Belgrade)
Workanova, a fast-growing outsourcing customer support company, is
looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online
presence and support both recruitment and business growth.

and email marketing – we’d love to hear from you! Your
Responsibilities:
- Plan,
create, and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and
Instagram
- Manage
and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
(job ads, lead generation)
- Build
and send mass email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or
similar tools)
- Track,
analyze, and report campaign performance
- Research
digital marketing trends and suggest fresh ideas
Requirements
- 1–3
years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing
- Practical
knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram
Ads
- Solid
experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp,
Sendinblue, etc.)
- Excellent
written English for posts, ads, and email campaigns
- Strong
organizational skills with ability to run multiple campaigns at once
- Creative
and analytical mindset (test, measure, improve)
Bonus Skills (a strong plus):
- Basic
Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
