Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all company social media platforms, drive online visibility, and enhance brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives, Lead generation and engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and grow all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies to boost online traffic and conversions.
• Create and curate engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Manage and update the company's website and online listings.
• Produce and edit marketing videos for social media and digital use.
• Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and provide monthly reports.
• Build and maintain professional relationships to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and branding preferably within the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated ability to create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content.
• Strong proficiency in content creation, videography, and branding.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDraw) will be an added advantage.
• Must be creative, trendy, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with strong awareness of current digital and social media trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis.
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000
