Minimum Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, communications, or related roles.
- Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience building and deploying emails in an email marketing or marketing automation platform. Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, including email QA, website content management, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility considerations.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- Strong written communication and copyediting skills for digital content.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Strong written communications skills for digital content and internal documentation.
Desired Qualifications (Optional)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (email and web development).
- Experience working in nonprofit or community-centered organizations.
- Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Cases).
- Experience supporting multilingual digital communications workflows.
