Digital Media Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager to oversee our end-to-end digital marketing strategy and cross-channel campaign execution. In this role, you will lead brand building, user growth and conversion optimization across all digital platforms, driving measurable business growth with data-backed marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital media marketing strategies covering social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing and content marketing
• Manage full-cycle digital campaigns, including planning, creative coordination, launch, A/B testing, daily optimization and performance tracking
• Monitor key metrics (ROAS, conversion rate, engagement, traffic growth) and deliver regular analytical reports to support business decision-making
• Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all digital media channels
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates and industry best practices to iterate and upgrade marketing strategies
• Collaborate with design, content, sales and external agency teams to align marketing goals and maximize campaign efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on digital media marketing experience, with proven track records of successful campaign operation and growth
• Proficient in mainstream marketing tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, social media management and content operation platforms
• Strong data analysis capability, able to optimize strategies independently based on campaign data
• Excellent cross-team communication, project management and time management skills
• Familiar with B2C/B2B digital marketing logic, with clear understanding of user acquisition and conversion funnels
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related fields (preferred)
