You’re passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that help customers find, book and add more to every journey.
The opportunity
As Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll shape how customers discover flights, ancillaries and holiday products across easyJet’s websites and app. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce Performance, you’ll lead the strategy, coordination and execution of commercially driven digital content across UK and EU markets.
You’ll bring together customer insight, data and testing to improve conversion, engagement and overall booking performance, while working closely with commercial, product and digital teams to deliver measurable results.
The team & culture
You’ll join a collaborative eCommerce function that works closely with Digital Product, UX, Commercial and Development teams. It’s a fast-moving environment where experimentation, customer focus and continuous improvement are encouraged every day.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own the end-to-end digital merchandising strategy across easyJet’s digital channels, ensuring customers can easily discover and book the products most relevant to them.
Using A/B and multivariate testing, you’ll continually evaluate content, layouts and journeys to identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
You’ll analyse customer behaviour, sales performance and booking funnels, turning insights into practical recommendations and clear priorities.
Working closely with product and commercial teams, you’ll help shape the development roadmap and ensure merchandising activity supports wider business goals.
