Apple’s growing wireless silicon development team is seeking an exceptional candidate for its modeling and verification team. In this role, you will be modeling & verifying Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal blocks and SOCs using SystemVerilog to create behavioral models, testbenches, checkers and tests. You will build and execute test plans to meet project schedules and quality requirements.

As a member of the digital mixed-signal modeling team, you’ll play a crucial role in developing behavioral models to verify wireless SoCs. Additionally, you’ll be involved in cutting-edge technology for integrating mixed-signal models onto emulation platforms. Your support will be essential for multiple pre-silicon validation teams to ensure a fully functional first silicon.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree.
- Self-motivated individual contributor with a strong passion for the team’s success.
- Hands-on experience in Mixed-Signal Verification and Real Numbered Modeling of Mixed-Signal Systems.
- Knowledge of any of the ubiquitous wireless technologies: WiFi, BT, UWB or radio systems in general.
- Knowledge of basic analog circuits: PLLs, LDOs, Bandgap, ADC/DAC, etc.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s with 5+ years of experience in modeling of analog/RF circuits.
- Good understanding of emulation technologies and mixed-signal modeling requirements for synthesis-ready models.
- Experience in modeling with SystemC and/or C/C++.
- Experience in writing scripts in languages such as Perl or Python.
- Knowledge of signal processing using Python or Matlab.
- Good understanding of AMS and wireless circuits/systems.
- Experience with SystemC modeling and high-level synthesis.
