Digital Operations Manager
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
About the role
We are a small family run company providing services involved in the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. We're looking for a capable Digital Operations Manager to keep our website platform and related IT services running smoothly. This is a work-from-home role with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
Monitor website performance, availability and service issues
Coordinate our hosting, software and IT service providers
Manage incidents and follow up until issues are resolved
Oversee backups, updates, access and basic security practices
Coordinate website maintenance and changes with developers
Provide or organise support for users of our digital tools
Keep clear records of systems, suppliers and recurring tasks
About you
Experience managing website, SaaS or IT services
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confidence coordinating external suppliers and technical specialists
A practical approach to troubleshooting and prioritising issues
Ability to work independently and keep stakeholders informed
Experience with VEU VEECS would be an advantage
