Uses CMS for basic website ad-slot integration and collaborates with clients/agencies on creative and technical execution.

Your New Role...

With a suite of over 100 franchises spanning across Entertainment, Kids and Sports genres, this role is an exciting opportunity to work across two key business areas underpinning the success of the wider UK Ad Sales department.

Reporting to the Social Strategy Manager and Digital Planning & Ad Ops Manager, this role will support both teams in the end-to-end management of digital and paid social campaigns across some of our best-known brands from discovery+ to Food Network, BT Sports and Cartoon Network.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Supporting the Manager in the end-to-end campaign process including:
  • Inventory forecasting
  • Liaising with clients/agencies for creative and rotation instructions
  • Advertising copywriting
  • Campaign set-up within ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads Manager and Freewheel
  • Taking screen grabs/recordings of live ads to share with clients
  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimising to meet campaign KPIs
  • Reporting on campaign performance
  • Producing end of campaign reports
  • Supporting each team on projects that benefit the wider business, such as:
  • Producing insights for the Sales team to use for their pitches
  • Social media page monetisation
  • Digital display viewability analysis
  • Basic website development using our CMS to inject ad-slots and amend page metadata
  • Integrating and testing 3rd party partners across our websites

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Be passionate about media & advertising
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong communication skills ensuring that decisions are made based on accurate information provided in a timely manner
  • Have a proactive and can-do attitude - always willing to support, push themselves, and learn more
  • Be willing to learn and become qualified within the tools we use
  • Highly numerate and adept at Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Be familiar using Microsoft 360 / Google Workspace
  • Any experience of the following platforms is a bonus: Google Ads Manager, Freewill, Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite, YouTube Content Manager, Tubular Labs, Google Analytics, Monday.com, MOAT / IAS
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
