We are actively filling 2nd shift and weekend shift openings, and give strong preference to candidates available for those schedules.

If you’ve been running an older press in a shop that hasn’t reinvested in years, this is the change you’ve been waiting for. Cursive prints labels and packaging for some of the biggest consumer brands in the country — and we do it on HP Indigo digital presses in a bright, clean, modern plant.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a full-time Digital Press Operator. You’ll run HP Indigo presses producing premium labels and shrink sleeves for brands in wine & spirits, health & beauty, and food & beverage.

Coming from offset, flexo, or commercial print? Digital is a natural next step, and we’ll get you up to speed. What matters most is that you understand color, know how to read a job ticket, and take pride in what comes off your press.

Location note: This position is based at our Mason, OH facility (8467 Duke Blvd) — about 34 miles south of Dayton, roughly a 40-minute drive down I-75. Convenient for candidates along the Miamisburg, Springboro, Franklin, and Middletown corridor. Free on-site parking.
