Digital Product Development & Delivery Manager
Position : Manager - Digital Product Development & Delivery ( Fix Term Contract 2 Years)
Location : Ploen Chit, Bangkok
Key Responsibilities
Lead Development, Product/BA and Project Management teams to deliver applications, enhancements, integrations and digital solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate business needs into functional requirements, technical requirements, delivery scope and implementation plans.
Review solution design, technical approach, system architecture, integration design, system impact and implementation readiness.
Manage end-to-end software delivery across SDLC, including design, development, testing, defect resolution, release, deployment and go-live.
Manage project planning, scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with Business, vendors, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, ERP and Support teams to ensure end-to-end delivery alignment.
Ensure deliverables comply with technical standards, security requirements, documentation standards and maintainability expectations.
Monitor delivery progress, resolve technical/project blockers and escalate key decisions when required.
Ensure complete documentation, knowledge transfer, support readiness and post go-live stabilization.
Continuously improve development standards, delivery methodology, project governance, documentation quality and ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in software development, application delivery, technical project delivery or solution delivery, with a strong technical background in software engineering.
At least 5–7 years of experience in team management or technical leadership, managing developers, business analysts/product owners, project managers, vendors or cross-functional delivery teams.
Proven experience in end-to-end software delivery, requirement management, solution design, development, testing, deployment, go-live and support handover.
Strong project management capability covering scope, timeline, budget, resource, risk, issue, dependency and stakeholder management.
Strong technical proficiency in SDLC, application architecture, system integration, API, database, troubleshooting, problem-solving and multi-platform delivery environments.
Experience with cloud-based, cloud-native or serverless applications is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical thinking, planning and decision-making skills, with a proven portfolio of successful technical delivery.
