Digital Product Manager - Contract
Summary
The Digital Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking and fintech platforms, managing product roadmaps, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires extensive experience in financial services and digital platform management to drive product performance and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and post-production support.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into user stories ,functional specifications, and product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, compliance, operations, and UX/UI teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead UAT planning, testing coordination, defect management, and production readiness activities.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage product risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support platform modernization, digital transformation, and AI-driven initiatives
Skills/Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Strong experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience managing digital platforms across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and digital channels.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
