The Company is a leading independent Australian supplier to the welding and
metal fabrication industries. They provide a holistic range of products across
industries such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, light & heavy
fabrication, agriculture, asset integrity maintenance and the DIY sector.
Having
a highly qualified team of professionals that understand the industry together
with the needs of their client’s, they are now seeking to employ an experienced Digital Product Manager, with product experience in welding, mining, engineering or
manufacturing.
About
the Position…
In
this position you will be responsible for the product planning and execution
throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product
and customer requirements, defining the online product vision, and working closely
with sales, marketing and the support team to ensure revenue and customer
satisfaction goals are met.
You
will be responsible for the complete company product range in their ERP system
– creating new products, keeping up to date pricing, imagery, online information and
assisting with sourcing and maintaining vendor relationships.
The
Ideal Candidate…
- Minimum
of 2 years of recent experience in managing digital products online.
- Demonstrated
success defining and launching new products online.
- Experience
in industries such as welding, mining, engineering or manufacturing (highly beneficial).
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent
teamwork skills.
- Proven
ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
