Digital Product Manager/Product Owner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management.

• Experience in the Capital Market industry (Sekuritas) is preferred.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design, Design Thinking, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiar with product development tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong understanding of product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product development lifecycle.

• Experience working closely with developers, product designers, business owners, users, and other stakeholders.

• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Indonesian and international capital market business processes is a plus.

• Experience handling investment or cryptocurrency products is an advantage.

• Up to date with current business, economic, and technology developments.

Notes:

• Willing to work onsite (Full WFO) in Sudirman, South Jakarta

• Willing to work at Capital Market industry (Sekuritas)
