Digital Product Owner
Summary
Owns product vision and roadmaps for financial services, collaborating with engineering and design to deliver modern solutions while researching customer needs and using data to guide decisions.
You will own the execution of product visions and roadmaps for key products, evolve resilient and modern functionality, develop product and service strategies, and work with engineering, design and quality assurance teams to deliver solutions. You will research customer challenges, use data to guide decisions, manage experimentation and validation, maintain product operations, and support incident and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of product visions and roadmaps
- Evolve products and maintain resilient modern functionality
- Develop and deliver product and service strategies
- Build relationships with business stakeholders and customers
- Research customer challenges and promote a customer mindset
- Collect data to guide decisions and improve performance
- Partner with engineering design and quality assurance teams to deliver solutions
- Own solution design experimentation validation and learning processes
- Maintain backlog hygiene documentation and operational readiness
- Assist with incidents tickets and issue triage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Innovation and Product Development, Data, Finance or Technology, or a master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner in financial services
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, product development, engineering and delivery
- Stakeholder management and influence across design, technical and business teams
- Experience with product development, design, service design, technical solutions and business analysis
- Cloud, data and AI experience and skills are nice to have
- Direct capital markets experience is nice to have
- Cloud, business or product certification is nice to have
