Digital Project Coordinator
KeyMedia Solutions Digital Project Coordinator
Summary
KeyMedia Solutions, a media/advertising agency in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Digital Project Coordinator to keep work moving: turning client requests into actionable tasks, tracking deadlines, maintaining accurate project and campaign data, and performing data-entry QA across internal systems. It's an on-site operational coordination role, not admin support.
We’re looking for a teammate who makes sure the right information gets to the right people, tasks and deadlines are clearly documented, data is accurate, and work keeps moving. You’ll serve as a key connection between our teams, coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, maintaining accurate project and campaign information, and providing critical data-entry quality control.
Keep Work Moving, Accurately and On Time.
Great client work depends on strong coordination behind the scenes. At KeyMedia Solutions, we’re looking for a teammate who makes sure the right information gets to the right people, tasks and deadlines are clearly documented, data is accurate, and work keeps moving.
You’ll serve as a key connection between our teams, coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, maintaining accurate project and campaign information, and providing critical data-entry quality control.
This is a workflow and operational quality-control role, not an administrative support position. It’s a great fit for someone who notices the details others miss, enjoys creating order, communicates confidently across teams, and takes satisfaction in following work through to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Translate client requests, meetings, campaign plans, and internal needs into clear, complete, and actionable tasks with appropriate owners, deadlines, instructions, and supporting information.
- Maintain project timelines and actively track tasks and deadlines, following up with team members and identifying work at risk before it becomes late.
- Coordinate changing priorities, dependencies, approvals, and handoffs to keep work moving efficiently across teams.
- Complete recurring data entry accurately and on time, maintaining campaign, budget, project, client, and reporting information across KMS systems.
- Perform data and workflow QA, verifying information against source documents and identifying discrepancies, missing information, or errors before work moves forward.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and current project documentation, checklists, and records.
- Serve as a communication bridge between team members, ensuring everyone has the information, assets, approvals, and direction needed to complete their work.
- Proactively communicate status, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks or unresolved issues before they affect deadlines or client delivery.
- Consistently follow established KMS processes while identifying opportunities to improve handoffs, reduce rework, strengthen accuracy, and make workflows more efficient.
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, traffic management, operations, or a similar role; advertising agency or digital marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to produce accurate work.
- Strong organizational and task-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Confidence working with data and performing repetitive data-entry responsibilities where both accuracy and timeliness are critical.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across different functions and working styles and appropriately follow up when something is needed.
- Comfort learning new software, systems, processes, and digital marketing terminology.
- Ability to recognize inconsistencies, ask good questions, and solve problems rather than simply completing tasks.
