Digital Project Manager (Digital Transformation Project)
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects, from planning and procurement through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
- Manage project governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, change control, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee vendor performance, procurement activities, contract deliverables, and overall project quality.
- Facilitate Agile delivery, UAT, deployment planning, change management, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with government standards and best practices for cybersecurity, cloud adoption, data protection, and operational resilience.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, system integrations, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, project governance, risk management, and release management.
- Experience delivering cloud, SaaS, system integration, data, AI, or digital modernization initiatives is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or cloud certifications are advantageous.
