Digital Project Manager

Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join the Digital Experience team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital initiatives across channels, collaborating with business, design, IT, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and a seamless user experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital PM, strong stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of UX/UI and omnichannel ecosystems.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects across objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality. Drive initiatives from definition through design, development, testing, and go-live. Define scope, milestones, roadmaps, and delivery plans across teams. Drive governance: planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management, stakeholder comms. Coordinate cross-functional teams: Digital, IT, E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, Retail, partners. Act as business counterpart for UX/UI and creative teams. Ensure consistency across customer journeys and touchpoints. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. Facilitate requirements gathering and turn business needs into deliverables. Identify dependencies, risks, issues; drive mitigation. Monitor performance via KPIs and reporting; promote continuous improvement. Support budget monitoring and vendor management. Contribute to evolving PM practices, tools, governance. 5+ years of digital project management experience. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and external partners. Strong understanding of UX/UI and customer journeys. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
