Digital Project Manager

Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 10.500.000 per month

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing digital projects and teams with focus on quality, timeliness, and budget.

• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficient in creating project documentation, user scenarios, and user stories.

• Attention to detail and passion for creative product development.

• Enthusiastic about working in a positive, collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with project management tools (ProofHub, Trello, Jira) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope with Program Manager and clients.

• Develop, update, and monitor project timelines and strategies.

• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives and foster a collaborative, productive work environment.

• Make informed, timely decisions to address project challenges, ensuring continuity and alignment with project goals.

• Manage task delegation, backlog prioritization, and ensure smooth project delivery.

• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

• Review deliverables to uphold quality standards and maintain documentation.
