Digital Project Senior Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital and AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy, governance frameworks, and human-first principles. The role supports operational efficiency, structural cost optimization, and the development of scalable digital revenue streams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and manage short- and long-term digital and AI project roadmaps aligned with corporate priorities.
Deliver projects within scope, timeline, quality, and governance requirements.
Act as the primary interface between business, customers, partners, and delivery teams.
Apply Agile/SCRUM and hybrid methodologies to accelerate value delivery.
Ensure compliance with digital, data, AI governance, cybersecurity, and privacy standards.
Coach project teams and support customer teams in adopting digital and AI-enabled ways of working.
Ensure smooth handover to operations including documentation, training, and post go-live support
Track and communicate project value realization (efficiency, cost reduction, digital impact).
Recommend and help implement improvements in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in digital or transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and hybrid delivery models.
Experience with project management and reporting tools (JIRA, MS Project or equivalent, Excel advanced analysis, or similar).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience or awareness of digital platforms, data, AI initiatives, and governance principles is an advantage.
