Responsibilities
- Engage customers by explaining product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
- Recommend suitable mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories based on customer needs and preferences
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked product displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Build and nurture customer relationships to develop a loyal client base
- Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently during sales transactions
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
- Adapt to training and continuously learn about new products and retail techniques
- Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support store operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, tech, or gadget retail
- Fluency in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with diverse customers
