Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and governance of enterprise data platforms, including data structures, integration architecture, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
- Explore, evaluate, and pilot new technologies, development methodologies, and enterprise software solutions, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and convert innovative concepts into practical business applications that deliver measurable value.
- Develop and promote best-practice development frameworks, standards, and methodologies across multiple regional markets.
- Act as a technical advisor to local development teams, providing guidance on architecture, troubleshooting, and solution design.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, solution delivery, technical innovation, application architecture, or research and development functions.
- Solid understanding of modern development practices, software engineering methodologies, system design, and application lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot-related solutions.
- Strong interest in technology trends and a proactive approach to researching and adopting innovative tools and practices.
- Trilingual communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
