Digital Solution Excellence Specialist

Job Purpose/Job Summary:
Assist in the digital business system transformation at SKF Taiwan. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve systematic issues, optimize applications, and streamline systems and processes to achieve business optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the infra projects and provide support to application projects.
2. Resolve IT incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner
3. Implement IT projects with Global and Regional team
4. Responsible for IT related equipment procurement process and assess management review
5. Ensure office and meeting room equipment and facility set up and
6. Keep all IT application access up-to-date and access matrix maintenance by roles and responsibilities
7. Support office automation project and optimize daily office automation effectiveness
8. Provide daily technical support for digital application systems, ensuring stable system operation; record and track issues raised by users and provide efficient technical solutions.
9. Use reporting tools for data visualization analysis, providing intuitive data reports and decision support to business departments, promoting business development.
10. Good at one programming language to handle data processing, script writing, and automation process development.
11. Participate in the daily management of suppliers, including coordinating supplier work, tracking progress, and evaluating outcomes to ensure service quality and efficiency.
