Digital Solutions Executive
Summary
Designs and implements AI-driven automation and digital workflows to improve business efficiency and operational effectiveness across a corporate group, collaborating with stakeholders and MIS teams.
Responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that improve business efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance operational effectiveness across the Group. Works closely with business and MIS teams to analyse requirements, re-engineer processes, and deliver automation, integration, and AI-enabled solutions aligned with operational needs.
Job Description:
1) AI and Process Improvement Support
- Work with the Digital Transformation Team to identify manual, repetitive, or resource-intensive processes that may benefit from AI, automation, or digital solutions.
- Support the review of current workflows and propose practical improvement opportunities.
2) Group-Wide Digital Transformation Projects
- Assist in digital transformation projects across EXEO Global Group, including process mapping, requirements gathering, solution research, testing, and implementation support.
- Contribute ideas on how AI can be applied to improve productivity, reporting, customer service, operations, compliance, or back-office functions.
3) Data, Reporting and Documentation
- Assist in preparing analysis, presentation materials, project documentation, user guides, and progress updates.
- Help track improvement outcomes, such as time savings, manpower reduction, process efficiency, or cost optimisation.
4) Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with business users, subsidiaries, and internal MIS teams to understand operational challenges and improvement needs.
- Support communication, coordination, and follow-up activities for digital transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience indigital tools and communication
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
- Japanese language capability is essential due to the business requirements of the role.
