Digital Solutions Manager - Lab / 45K

Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 per month

Our client:

Our client is looking for a Digital Solutions Manager to manage digital solutions supporting laboratory operations, data workflows and client requirements, while coordinating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Your role:

• Act as the key contact for laboratory data and digital solutions, overseeing implementation, maintenance and system upgrades

• Work with laboratory and business users to understand testing workflows, operational requirements and data-related challenges

• Translate laboratory processes and business requirements into practical digital solutions, system enhancements and implementation plans

• Coordinate system integration projects involving laboratory data, application interfaces, web services and data exchange requirements

• Support data quality, reporting, workflow consistency and the effective use of digital platforms across laboratory operations

• Work closely with clients, laboratory teams, IT teams and business partners to resolve technical issues and drive projects through to rollout

• Deliver client and internal presentations, product demonstrations and user training to explain solution capabilities and business value

• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to manage timelines, deliverables, issue resolution and project quality
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business, Information Technology, Data Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in laboratory, testing, technical services, data solutions, system implementation or related environments

• Experience working with laboratory data, testing workflows, technical records, quality data or operational reporting is highly preferred

• Experience with laboratory information systems, data platforms, ERP systems, application integration or system implementation is an advantage

• Good understanding of data exchange requirements, web services, system interfaces and business process mapping

• Strong client engagement, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills with good attention to data accuracy

• Able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate global and cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver projects under tight schedules

• Innovative, proactive and customer-focused with strong ownership and follow-through

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
