About Quanta

Quanta Credit Services is a startup focused on providing digital-first collections solutions for lenders, banks, and fintechs. We work with our clients to build email and text collections campaigns, resulting in better experiences for collections customers and better business outcomes for lenders.

One of our offerings is the strategic enhancement of clients’ existing digital communications. We have a great team in place, and we’re looking for an associate to support the analytics team in developing client strategies and evaluating the performance of those strategies. In the last 12 months, Quanta has accelerated its growth, and the future looks bright.

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, curious analyst to support our strategy and analytics team.

As a strategic partner for our clients, it’s extremely important that we understand how our campaigns perform for their businesses — they rely on our insights to optimize the strategies we implement on their behalf. You’ll be a core contributor to our highly collaborative team, which requires a strong ability, and desire, to interact professionally both within a team and with our clients, along with an eagerness to develop and apply strong analytical skills. Financial, banking, or digital marketing experience is a plus, but not essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop custom client contact strategy recommendations across a variety of primarily digital channels based on insights from client data, external data, and best practices
  • Lead client historical analysis to identify performance-driven customer segments
  • Partner with our marketing team to ensure development of creatives in alignment with the client strategy
  • Analyze client strategy and campaign performance to identify insights and trends, developing hypotheses about how to improve performance
  • Develop and prioritize analytical testing agenda within and across clients (for example, multivariate creative, subject line, and segmentation tests), identifying where and how analytical learnings could be leveraged across projects
  • Build and manage automated, client-facing dashboards to help clients understand the performance of individual campaigns by channel and their impact on bottom-line financial metrics
  • Evaluate the economic benefit to both our clients and our company from the strategies we create and deploy

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in business, statistics, data science, engineering, or another relevant analytical or quantitative field, with interest in marketing analytics; professional analytics and/or financial services experience is a plus
  • Experience using SQL (or a similar database language, with a desire to learn SQL) to access, review, and manipulate data for analysis
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or other similar products
  • Familiarity with standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including but not limited to the Google suite of collaboration tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Beyond that background, you’ll also need to be someone who:

  • Respects, and is able to engage and interact with, a diverse variety of clients and partner team members
  • Is a curious self-starter with strong attention to detail, time management, and process management skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility in the face of change and independent problem-solving
  • Has a passion for learning and growth, both individually and for the company
  • Has an appetite for interacting with clients and being customer-facing

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data science, financial services, collections/recoveries, or Python (or similar)

Why This Role Matters

As a startup, there is a ground-floor opportunity for you to develop our strategic offerings even further and to participate in additional aspects of the business outside your core skill set. We encourage team members to jump into projects they’re interested in, even outside of core role responsibilities, so you can grow alongside Quanta.

Quanta offers all employees generous paid time off, healthcare benefits, 401(k) retirement plans, and flexible work schedules, all as part of a competitive compensation plan.
