Position Overview
The Digital Syndication Manager will develop and implement syndication strategies and manage client projects that optimize the distribution of product information across multiple retail channels, leveraging PIM and DAM technologies to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency. This includes working with internal teams to ensure our services consistently exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
· Syndication Strategy Implementation: Conduct client PIM evaluation audits and develop syndication strategies that optimize product information accuracy and retrieval across multiple retailer platforms.
· Template Customization: Customize and optimize retailer templates to maximize PIM efficiency and provide strategic feedback on templates and best practices
· Performance Monitoring: Manage the upload and monitoring of product information through Salsify or Syndigo and make strategic adjustments based on analytics and retailer feedback.
· Cross-functional Client Collaboration: Collaborate with client teams and PIM leads to ensure alignment of syndication strategies and goals
· Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on syndication project's progress.
· Internal Training and Playbook creation: Create syndication SOP's and training decks for team and clients in best practices or new PIM features
· Internal Process Enhancement: Assist with optimizing internal processes and team management
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years digital syndication, eCommerce and management experience with a deep understanding of PIM and DAM solutions
- Working expertise in Syndigo and/ or Salsify
- Understanding of new item setup process and experience launching new items
- Channel Mapping and Workflow Setup experience in Salsify
- Demonstrated understanding of best-in-class digital shelf content
- Strong track record of proactive planning and managing multiple players across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage many ongoing projects
- Digitally savvy with an ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Quick learner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work and learn independently
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- A pro-active “can-do” attitude
- Experience with implementation of PXM solution a plus
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other compensation programs.
