Digital Transformation / AI & Automation Service Manager (Contract)

We are seeking a Digital Service Manager to drive digital transformation, AI adoption, and workflow automation initiatives across corporate functions including Finance, HR, Risk, Legal, Audit, IT, Cybersecurity, and Corporate Communications.
Your new role
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle of digital products and services, from evaluation and implementation through ongoing support and enhancement.
- Lead workflow automation and business process transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
- Drive adoption and management of AI-enabled products and services, including GenAI and intelligent automation solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity gains, and digital innovation.
- Manage third-party vendors, software licencing, procurement activities, and service performance.
- Oversee service governance, user support, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across Finance and other corporate functions.
- Track service adoption, business value realisation, and continuous improvement opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Service Delivery Management, Technology Transformation, Enterprise Applications, or a similar role.
- Experience delivering workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience implementing or managing AI, Generative AI, Copilot, or AI-agent solutions.
