Digital Transformation & Automation Manager
Description
Approve/reject business cases and track ROI for AI, automation, and data initiatives before build begins.Partner with Information Security to establish AI/data standards and ensure complete security reviews prior to go-live.
Own executive KPI data quality for decision-making and build an internal platform to collect/triage AI ideas from employees.
Partner with ERP/Business Applications teams (SAP), collaborate across Commercial, Finance, and Operations, and manage external vendors.
Build, lead, and mentor the Digital Transformation team to align with overall IT leadership goals.
Requirements
10+ years in IT, including 3+ years leading teams in digital transformation, data/AI, or enterprise program management.Proven success taking AI or automation projects from initial business case through to production.
Direct experience working alongside ERP/enterprise platform teams (SAP or similar).
Strong ROI discipline, executive communication, change management, and the judgment to turn down low-value initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Exposure to SAP environments is preferred.
Experience in enterprise business applications.
