Job Responsibilities
Lead change management and digital adoption for the organisation’s One Corporate Portal, transitioning users from manual processes to digital self-service workflows.
Develop and deliver training programmes, user guides and communications to support employees and external suppliers.
Coordinate operational readiness and implementation across Legal, Procurement, Risk & Compliance and Global Business Services (GBS).
Engage stakeholders to address adoption challenges and ensure smooth implementation of new digital processes.
Track adoption metrics, compliance and service-level performance to identify areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual requests and increasing self-service adoption.
Requirements
Degree in Business, IT, Change Management or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in change management, digital transformation or business process improvement.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption initiatives.
Strong communication, project coordination and analytical skills.
Experience with enterprise portals, workflow automation or system implementation will be an advantage.
