DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced software engineer to advance CSP support, CRM deployment and Customer 360 initiatives.
You will integrate CRM with CSP, Billing, Procurement, and enterprise platforms while building internal automation and AI-enabled analytics roadmaps. You will collaborate with delivery teams across APAC and Europe, owning end-to-end CRM implementations, system integrations, and proactive issue resolution to support DayOne's hyperscale data center
