Summary
Leads digital transformation at a beverage manufacturer, owning technical architecture, APIs, middleware and system-to-system integrations across Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, SFA, DMS and MES/plant systems, plus RPA and AI/ML enablement, on AWS/Azure with tools like MuleSoft and Azure Logic Apps.
This role will own the technical architecture, integration landscape and delivery of digital solutions across ERP, SFA, DMS, plant systems and third-party applications.
Role & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical design, architecture and integration strategy
- Lead APIs, middleware, data flows and system-to-system integrations
- Drive integration across Dynamics 365 F&O, SFA, DMS, MES/plant systems and external platforms
- Manage technical delivery partners, solution design reviews and development standards
- Ensure scalability, security, performance and data integrity across digital solutions
- Support automation, RPA, AI/ML enablement and technical proof-of-concepts
- Resolve complex technical escalations and reduce integration-related business disruptions
Preferred candidate profile
- 10 to 15+ years in enterprise IT architecture, software engineering, and systems integration.
- 5+ years leading digital transformation, API design, and MES/ERP integrations in manufacturing or retail.
- Bachelors Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering is required.
- Master’s Degree (M.E. / M.Tech / M.S.) in CS/IT or an MBA in MIS is preferred.
- TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture) or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect Expert (MB-700) is preferred.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert is preferred.
- Enterprise architecture across Dynamics 365 F&O, SFA, DMS, and MES/plant systems.
- REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, EDI, ETL pipelines, and ESB middleware like MuleSoft or Azure Logic Apps.
- Database design, data flow modeling, enterprise data lakes, and cloud governance.
- Hands-on implementation of RPA, AI/ML proof-of-concepts, and automated workflows.
- Cloud security standards, system scalability, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.
- Complex technical problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
- Strategic vendor management, contract negotiation, and partner collaboration.
- Cross-functional technical leadership and team mentoring.
- Technical escalation handling and business risk mitigation.
- Clear communication of complex technical architecture to business leadership.
