Digital Twin Lead

Lead the development of a physics-based Digital Twin capability for industrial machinery, beginning with a proof of concept for a flagship asset and scaling validated models across the wider portfolio. The role will define the technical roadmap, architecture, modelling standards, validation approach, and simulation-platform strategy.

You will build and lead a specialist team across simulation, 3D engineering, and model validation, while working closely with machinery experts, engineering data-architecture teams, and international stakeholders. The position also requires establishing clear programme milestones, assessing data and integration needs, and presenting technical progress, risks, and recommendations to engineering leadership.
