Digital Upskilling lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Upskilling Lead to join our transformation and enablement team, which plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide digital maturity through targeted capability building. This role is designed for a strategic and hands-on professional with a passion for empowering teams, fostering digital literacy, and embedding data-driven practices across the organization.

You will operate at the intersection of learning, technology, and business engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the digital upskilling curriculum including program for new joiners;

  • Deliver training initiatives and coordinate with SMEs, application owners, internal trainers, (and if needed external providers) to deliver targeted training content;

  • Curate materials aligned with business needs and defined objectives (e.g. Copilot, M365 trainings etc.);

  • Monitor engagement and effectiveness of training offering;

  • Support business engagement in key projects, such as the introduction of the cloud-based data platform, by aligning upskilling initiatives with introduction of technologies;

  • Support use case delivery change management to increase adoption and engagement;

  • Work with each of the platforms on communications and increase awareness of our tools, technology and data landscape;

  • Support platform management knowledge sharing initiatives;

  • Alignment and shaping of activities with HR Training & Learning competence centre.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital enablement, learning & development, or transformation roles, ideally within financial services or data-centric environments;
  • Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365), data platforms, and analytics ecosystems;
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills across all organizational levels;
  • Experience supporting strategic programs with significant business and technology impact;
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and digital learning platforms;
  • Agile mindset with experience in iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
