Digital Workplace & IT Support Engineer
Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 per month
About the role
ISDN Group is seeking a proactive, technology-driven, and self-motivated Digital Workplace & IT Support Engineer to support regional IT operations and digital transformation initiatives. This role combines IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, business automation, cybersecurity, and AI-driven workplace solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, and proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity, collaboration, and business processes across the organization. Beyond providing technical support, the candidate will serve as an advocate for digital innovation, actively promoting the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered productivity tools, and automation solutions throughout the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 services
Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune
Manage user accounts, device deployment, access permissions, onboarding, and onboarding activities
Develop and maintain business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
Support deployment, governance, and user adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity tools
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve business efficiency
Support cybersecurity initiatives, including MFA, endpoint protection, device security, and security monitoring
Maintain IT assets, technical documentation, and operational procedures
Work closely with business users to drive digital workplace innovation and process improvement
Act as an internal AI Champion by promoting AI adoption, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the organization
About you
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital workplace environments
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) is preferred
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and cloud technologies
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage users across different functions
Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Takes ownership of responsibilities and drives issues through to resolution
