This Position reports to:
Global Consumer Experience ArchitectureAs a Digital Workplace Quality Assurance Intern, you will support the testing, validation, and continuous improvement of CX services and devices. This role offers hands-on experience in benchmarking, automation, and service quality assurance within a global digital workplace environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning of benchmark execution in line with business and technical requirements
Coordinate with stakeholders to support testing and service validation processes
Perform testing and benchmarking of CX services and devices to ensure compliance with business standards
Support the validation, testing, and documentation of new and updated CX services before release
Support the development and maintenance of automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools
Assist with device evaluation, analysis of test results, and identification of process improvement opportunities
Requirements
Active student status, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Interest in device testing, low-code automation (MS Power Platform) , AI-driven solutions, and process improvement
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
