📌 About the Position
We are looking to bring on a Dining Room Waiter/Waitress Assistant to join our team in Playa de Palma, Mallorca. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
📝 Main Responsibilities
Assist the waiters in serving customers in the restaurant.
Preparing and setting up tables, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.
Keeping the work area clean and tidy at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
Resolve guest issues or requests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
What we're looking for
🔑 Position Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Compulsory Secondary Education.
Knowledge of German and English.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
Food handling certificate.
Nice to have
Training in hospitality schools.
