Lead a Dining Experience That Residents Look Forward to Every Day.
Burgundy Place, a Senior Star community, is looking for a Dining Room Manager who brings strong leadership, genuine hospitality, and an eye for the details that turn a meal into an experience.
This role leads the dining room experience for our Independent Living residents, working closely with the Food & Beverage Director and dining team to deliver exceptional service every day.
What You’ll Do
As our Dining Room Manager, you will:

Lead Legendary Hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming and professional dining experience for residents and guests.
Lead and develop the dining room team, including training, coaching, scheduling and ensuring strong coverage.
Set clear expectations for exceptional service, professionalism and teamwork.
Oversee dining room preparation, meal service and cleanliness to ensure every service is ready and polished.
Build relationships with residents, listen to feedback and take ownership of their dining experience.
Partner with the Food & Beverage Director and other departments on special events, prospect lunches and community experiences.
Step in and support the team wherever needed to ensure service never misses a beat.
