We are looking to hire a Head of Dining Area to join our team in Formentera. This role will be key to ensuring our standards of quality and service continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented and driven by challenges, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
📝 Main Responsibilities
Providing personalized attention to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
Carry out the duties of controlling and supervising your section in a qualified manner.
Assist in welcoming, seating, and advising guests on menus and beverages.
What we're looking for
🔑 Position Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in 4-star hotels.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
Command of English and/or German.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Hygiene and health knowledge.
Nice to have
Training from Hospitality Schools.
