Dining Room Server - Part Time PM Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents promptly and provide personalized menu information, including explanation of ingredients and preparation methods, to assist residents with their menu choices.
- Have knowledge of the menu options and take meal orders for residents.
- Follow formal table set-up procedures for all meals and ensure prompt meal delivery.
- Set up the dining room after each meal and change soiled linens as needed.
- Minimize contamination risk by using gloves to dish out food, add garnishes, and handle other food items in accordance with sanitary regulations and KBH established procedures.
- Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established KBH policies and procedures.
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstations, tables, and chairs by completing side work as scheduled.
