Dining Room Server

Pines Senior Living is looking for a friendly, dependable, and resident-focused Dining Room Server to join our team! This role is essential in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents while supporting our culinary and activities teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Taking meal orders and delivering food promptly
• Assisting residents with menu selections and dining needs
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining room
• Assisting with dishwashing, side work, and stocking stations
• Supporting special events, theme meals, and community activities
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Compassionate and respectful toward seniors
• Food Handler’s Permit preferred or ability to obtain upon hire

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
