Dining Server (Part-Time)
Hours: 3:30pm-6:30pm shifts

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Follows established procedures for setting and clearing areas. Monitors the Health Center and Views breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts of a rotating basis.
- Assists kitchen staff in preparing plates and/or loading transport carts of prepared food.
- Transports food and necessary supplies to appropriate kitchen or dining room.
- Serves meals to residents and guests in courteous, efficient manner.
- Coordinates special dietary requests with designated meals.
- Responds to diners’ requests promptly and politely.
- Clears tables in timely and proper manner.
- Cleans dining and kitchen areas at end of meal period.
- Returns soiled tableware to main kitchen to be cleaned.
- Returns soiled linen to laundry.
- Maintains pleasant appearance, courteous manner, and good personal hygiene.
