Dining Service- Cook I, FT

The Position

Must be capable of leading daily food production and coordinating kitchen operations during assigned shifts. The ability to provide technical guidance and training to Cook II and Cook III employees while serving as the lead culinary resource in the absence of kitchen management.

Responsibilities
Monitor food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control throughout production and service. Prepare and oversee the preparation of hot entrees, soups, vegetables, sauces, accompaniments, garnishes, and specialty menu items. Train and mentor culinary staff in food preparation techniques, kitchen procedures, food safety, and sanitation practices. Coordinate food preparation for dining room service, Health Center, Cafe, catering, and special events.

Hours~ Monday-Friday. 11:00am-7:30pm. E/O weekend.
Sign on bonus~ $3,000!!!
