As our Bove Dining Supervisor, you will oversee Dining Services personnel and help provide quality meals and a positive dining experience for residents and their guests. You will support daily dining operations while respecting residents’ individual needs, preferences, dignity, and independence.

In addition, you will:

• Coordinate meal preparation, tray assembly, dining room service, and timely meal delivery.
• Supervise service in the Health Care Dining Rooms and assist the management team with hiring, orienting, training, evaluating, and counseling Dining Services personnel.
• Coordinate in-service training with dining room and marketplace staff and implement programs to improve service for residents and their guests.
• Support food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and proper food handling procedures.
• Use dietary software and meal ordering systems and maintain food service-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in food service or dietary operations preferred, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to coordinate meal preparation, tray assembly, dining room service, and timely meal delivery; experience with dietary software, meal ordering systems, and related documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, resident service, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality meals and a positive dining experience that respects residents’ needs, preferences, dignity, and independence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
